I have coliacs (I can't eat gluten), would gluten free flour work for the end, after it has been strained and then the lady adds the flour. What gluten free flour would work the best?

when the fruit was removed from the jars do u continue shaking jar or stop?also do you stop opening lid once a day?When you said she emptied liquid out or jar before flour was put in what exactly did you mean by this?Was very informative your vid and I never knew yeast was made like this thankyou for sharing your info ;-)

Outstanding!! I enjoyed this clip. By the way, Will the final product be as equally active yeast as the one one gets from stores? What is the amount you would suggest if one needs to bake bread? A spoon or two or the whole jar of prepared yeast?

i have used a berry concoction and after it fizzes just use the foam. never felt the need for the flour.

This was interesting. But does anyone know if there's a risk of botulism or other nasties? I was wondering if there was a way to concentrate the yeast, dry it, and have it stabilize like the yeast you buy in little refrigerated packets in the stores.
