Rene Van Acker, associate dean at the Ontario Agricultural College, speaks to us about opportunities in ag. A study commissioned by the OAC found Ontario's agriculture and food industry is booming, with more job openings than qualified people to fill them.

Hi,

Although an abundance of jobs may be available, what percentage of these jobs would be considered high paying? To my knowledge, most jobs in agriculture pay starving salaries and deter a lot of people from pursuing agriculture.
