Joseph Simcox present his case at TEDxAruba for an agricultural revolution that will change the future of food. Joseph Simcox, “The Botanical Explorer” is a world expert on the world’s food plant resources and arguably has tracked down and eaten more plants than anyone else on the planet. He is also a world renowned seed collector and speaks all over the world about the future of food. He has lectured at venues across the globe and is on the beat to spread the message that the pessimistic portrayal of future food security is the gross and uneducated result of a narrow interpretation of food plant resources.
