Value Chains very important for agricultural production.

this guy said that the value chain should begin with primary producers!, is this production driven by market demands?, if so, this is not sustainable at all. It seem that this guy just stay in an air conditioning room and imagine the logical process of value chain development which is only availble on theory, not in practice!.
