Amazing yield of ginger, I've never seen anyone grow ginger using aquaponics. Ideas for ginger; ginger cake, ginger candy, ginger jam. I love the fact that you are going to make ginger beer and pickled ginger. Hope you show what you turn this into. Thanks.

hi sorry for the stupid question - I ve never done this before - but how do you know when the ginger is ready to harvest? Do you just wait about 10 months and check it by hand or do you have a certain time limit you stick to ? Thanks!
