Sylhet's Tea Gardens, Cox's Bazaars Sea-Beach (one of the longest in the world), the Royal Bengal Tiger, deers and the Sundarbans (the largest mangrove forest in the world) are just some of the tourist attractions. Ancient mosques, Buddhist monasteries, Hindu temples, monuments and landmarks dot the rich fertile countryside. Bangladesh is a country with a population of 155 million people, of which about 90% are Muslims. Nearly one-tenth of the total Muslim population of the world live in Bangladesh. It is a country with a homogenous population, without any ethnic divide. Although the country is poor, it has unexploited natural and mineral resources.

Went back to Bangladesh this summer... it was alright, but if I didn't have to spend most of the time locked up in my grandma's home ~~which is in the middle of a village~~ I would say I had a great time. It got boring really quickly as there's not exactly much to do for fun in the village. The electricity went out fairly often too and the conditions for making food were atrocious. This is village life for people who don't live there, frustrating and boring.

I really feel sometime, dat if my mom couldn't travel back to India after 1971, then may be I was also one of the person in this video...I am lucky to have a good life. Got education and a very executive life. I will definitely visit my ancestors house in BD. (love from a proud Bengali Indian ).

I don't feel bad for being monkey faced and being from shithole (ie : Bangladesh) cuz these are my root, my childhood memories, my own childhood moments. Till now these are my best moments in my life and it gives me courage to live another day in this fack city.
