What a silly comments and an insult to hard working people, you clearly know nothing about farming or food production. You should think before posting such remarks. This is a centuries old fine tradition proven to produce fine black pepper. Our feet are more sensitive than machines. Of course its only one part of the processing and yes its washed. These traditions keep communities together and proven income and support to families
