Why agricultural employment has been increasing in recent years and more and more young businesspeople are active in the sector. How many people's efforts and ingenuity will we bring back to agriculture? There has been talk of going "back to the land" in Italy for several years now. The crisis and unemployment are pushing young people to look for new paths, including in agricultural professions that until a few years ago were looked down upon and seen as a thing of the past.
