You tell your employees how much appreciated they really are. Cashews are a very wonderful nut and everyone I know likes them. The work they do is very worthwhile. Thank you for showing us how you do this and how much work goes into it.

Needs subtitles but very interesting nonetheless.

Why dont they have gloves? What do they do when they get cut? Bleed all over the place? Is that how that aids recall happened a while back?

Why is every single African nation just the worst? Everything looks dirty and smelly. Why? There is no need for this. African nations have lots of natural resources.

So glad to have seen this video....I never appreciated HOW MUCH WORK goes into each and every cashew.....I don't think I will just mindlessly grab a handful of nuts again....I will cherish each and every one !!!

The only thing I do not like is after they are steamed they are thrown on a dirty floor to cool off while the worker walks all over them. The bottoms of Shoes are very dirty no matter where in the world you are, even more so in countries where dogs and animals run freely ect. Also certain bacterias are present in some countries more then others like jiggers ect. just saying. Building high wooden tables where the shelled nuts could dry and cool off would be so much more sanitary.

Cashews are fucking expensive,
-
Poison ivy huh?..... You'd think they'd at least be given gloves for the job! I appreciate the effort that goes into a tasty packet of roasted cashews much more now. They price makes sense when you know all this. I wonder what the deal is with macadamia nuts!?

SLAVE women working in a sweatshop with their hands burnt by ACID. Nine slaves crack 800 kilos a day. That's 200 pounds a day per each woman slave. But that's okay because we put funny and joyful background music and asked an American "volunteer" to explain it to us in a businesslike manner. WHAT THE FUCK IS WRONG WITH YOU, PEACE CORPSE! (yes, I know how's it's spelled) BUY THEM GLOVES YOU FUCKING MORONS!

that's sad that they have to separate the white cashews and they know those sell for more too, I feel bad for black people sometimes
