The Northern Uganda Agricultural Livelihoods Recovery Program (ALREP) is a 68 billion shillings program funded by the European Union through the Office of the Prime Minister. In the last four years it has focused on helping formerly displaced people in the north of the country to rediscover their agricultural skills and to revive their once thriving farming enter-prises that were destroyed by years of insurgency. In the following report we look at how ALREP has focused on efforts to commercialize agriculture in the Lango Sub region.
