What's stupid about having EX SPD have invinc frames?
Guy's air grab is a special move motion, so it builds bar and the EX version is a 2fr startup with invinc frames... It even beats wakeup DPs that aren't EX.
Yet Guy is considered low mid tier character and barely anyone plays him and no one ever complains about his air grabs. Even though he has 2 versions of air grabs, as well as the elbow drop to halt momentum / bait reversals / AAs to punish on landing, and the elbow drop itself is barely even beatable by normal AAs due to his lower body not having any hurtbox during elbow drop and the hitbox going past his hurtbox.
I mean, no one in the game has as many options as Guy does in the air. But no one ever said Guy was OP in any way. :p -
