Aw, look at your little like bar; it's so adorable! Mostly positive; let's hope the social science denialists that are stampeding around YouTube and Reddit these days don't come across this, or you're going to see that change very quickly. I do think cultivation theory is not complete bunk ; but I think that they might just have reinvented the confirmation bias wheel. Someone who fears crime and watches a lot of television will mostly remember the crimes, but that might also apply to casual conversations and other non-mass media related sources.
