vue - Drone Precision Agriculture Fails
I have still not managed to map a field well enough IMHO to count the plants emerging. One positive is that I am more confident with DroneDeploy and my P3P and the fast turnaround of images from PropellerAero. The DataMapper portal takes ages to upload images. At least twice as slow as any other. I will wait until I have much clearer images before trying it again. Thanks for doing these tests Gary. I wonder if a cheap NDVI-camera would pick up. Do you have a Survey2 camera? Could easily stick that on your Phantom to get two types of imagery at the same time. Have you seen proof of this plant counting feature yourself yet? Any idea if there is a limit to how far/tall the plants can have grown before their algorithms are thrown off?

Interesting experience. I would love to see a comparison with the new P4 pro.
