I had a cold about 4 weeks ago, it lasted for about 2 weeks and now I have this annoying congested nose. It starts at night and I have to use a decongestant spray. I CAN'T BREATHE!!! IT'S DRIVING ME CRAZY!! gunna have to see the doctor, I've had it too long and it's worrying me.

I am definitely a prime example of using this stuff for too long..when I don't use it, it's like there is a brick in my nose, can't breathe for shit! I just started flushing with a netti/saline thing and it's helping a bit......more importantly, Dr. Dave has the calmest most relaxing voice I ever heard. I wanted to figure out how this works but I kept falling asleep.

I have the worst cold, i could not breathe at all. My nose and whole head was clogged. I took 2 sprays of afrin in each nostril before bed and it completly cleared me up, i could breathe with ease and made my cold feel like it went away it lasted over 24+ hours and saved me from lying awake all night. Thanks for the info tho, i wasnt positive about it being addicting to your body.
