The 10th edition of East Africa University games officially kicked off today at the Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology in Juja. The event was graced by the  sports cabinet secretary  Dr. Hassan Wario who in the process revealed that the much awaited national olympic committee elections are unlikely to be conducted on the 31st december as directed by the international olympic committee.
