This video show endoscopic view of Concha bullosa excision ( Middle turbinate hypertrophy ) . A concha bullosa is a pneumatized (air-filled) cavity within a turbinate in the nose. When extensively pneumatized, a large concha bullosa may cause significant problems, including headache, nasal obstruction, and blockage of sinus drainage.
