slice 5cashew in a bowl then blend Chadon beni, garlic, Trinidad hot pepper pour what you blend into the bowl cover and shake for a minute add half tea spoon of salt to your taste.... enjoy PS try not to cough

they also make wine with cashew. it's call cashew not cashew apple isn't it a cashew tree, cashew nut so it make sense the fruit is call cashew
