Food in no way can treat or prevent any diseases - Only my knowledge of how to stay absolutely healthy all the time can - We can eat any food we like - meat, dairy, eggs, no diets at all, no drugs, no vaccines, no doctors, no hospitals, etc. BS - JUST LIVING OUR ENDLESS LIVES - Any infections, allergies, cancers, diabetes, polio, TB, cardiovascular, cerebrovascular, genetic, autoimmune and any other diseases, known on Earth, will be erased from the face of the planet in just a few days, if everybody (kids and adults) start doing my discovery (just an exercise for a minute a day) - My WVCD - The Weapon of Virus and Cancer Destruction - We humans will stay absolutely healthy all the time, living our Endless Lives, for Infinite Health = Immortality - I will describe my WVCD to the world for 5 billion EURO - Just 25 million EURO per country in the world - For our Infinite Health and Immortality - The Future belongs to us - The Immortal Humans.

started with the "forks over knives" program information, lost weight, feel good, beans rock. thank you for the information. The change in selection and preparation of starches and legumes has employed my latest education. It is work to pursue the change of patterned behavior in eating habits, but I'm in. Eat what you will, I welcome the intelligent choice based on information, and my weight loss and well-being validate the change in diet. Good stuff.

I’ve tested this app and actually find that it works. I have it remind me every few days and its a quick process. The images are actually sort of funny. It definitely has me think twice when I see a menu. lol.

I'm a strong advocate for the ketogenic diet, which includes lots of animals produces and veggies. I feel absolutely great on it. I don't doubt that animal products can cause cancer. However, cancer is an abnormal bodily function, it exists outside the normal system. Just because meat has more carcinogens does not automatically mean that the rest of it's nutritional aspects are bad too. Cancer is a byproduct, not the product. Because of this realizations I have a few questions. Assuming cancer is not a factor, how does a ketogenic diet compare to a vegan diet? Secondly your figure of TWELVE percent putrefaction does not make sense to me from an evolutionary perspective. That's a lot of wasted calories and harmful byproducts, and evolutions doesn't like waste. Could this amount of rot be due to a change from our natural diet?
