So whats wrong with Africans having nice cars? He contradicted himself from his opening remarks that Gabon is oil rich and it made a lot of people wealthy. It is a bit condescending by this report that Africans should not indulge in the finest things in life. French foods are normal as it was a former French colony just like the many British colonies around the world that stock British sourced foods.
