vue - Growing a small scale garlic and asparagus "farm"
This is an experimental idea that I'm trying out for this year. Growing some low effort, permaculture friendly crops that can be used for increasing to a larger scale without much effort. Both garlic bulbs and asparagus crowns can be sold from end of summer throughout the winter as well.

Hi Steve! whats up with your pomegranate tree, is it producing fruit yet?

Liking those new raised beds. Growing better in the wood chips... Interesting results. My beets are doing much better when I side dressed them with compost.

The beds look great be interesting to see how big the bulbs get with the planing space how far apart did you plant?. Good idea with the asparagus. I paid a frank per crown for mine thats about a dollar.

That's smart to think about selling the asparagus crowns, not just the spring spears.

And here I was thinking I grew too much garlic LOL I keep checking but I don't see any scapes on mine yet. How will you sell the garlic roadside stand or farmers market etc.
