vue - Growing chillies: Effect of pot size
When growing chillies an important decision to make is what size pot the plant should be kept in. Some varieties are very small statured, others can given the right environment get enormous. Small satatured chillies will always be fine in a small pot, but most other varieties will perform better with more root space; the bigger the potential of the variety the greater the difference a large pot will make. This video shows a few examples.

A work friend has just returned from India with two packs of non branded chilli seeds ( Punjabi area ) what type of plant should I expect, and can I use rich farm yard manure for growing.

But if you dont pick of the early flowers and buds, how can they grow so large? I'm giving my dorset naga good nutrients and light but when it flowers it can't focus on growing big, that's a fact. When u pick of the flowers it can focus on growing but if u don't it will focus on producing fruits!
