vue - Growing Coriander
Indispensable in Asian, Chinese and Mexican cooking, coriander (Coriandrum sativum) is a short-lived, very aromatic herb. Unfortunately the biggest problem when growing is its tendency to bolt. But this variety, called "Santos", is much more bolt resistant than many other types. Seeds should be sown 'a little and often' outdoors from mid-spring to late summer for a continuous harvest. In milder areas it can also be over-wintered in a tunnel or greenhouse. It must be grown in full sun, and should always be well watered. The leaves can be harvested at any stage under a cut-and-come-again system. A short-lived annual perfect for growing in pots. Available from Sea Spring Seeds (approx. number of seeds per pack: 140). http://www.seaspringseeds.co.uk/seed-shop?page=shop.product_details&flypage=flypage.tpl&product_id=59&category_id=12

Looks great, you may just have found a new customer. I absolutely love coriander but it always bolts after just a cpl weeks or more and there's no stopping it so this may just answer my prayers!
