19. I am a microbiologist, and I can say this method to grow mushrooms is correct. She is showing an easy way to grow mushrooms at home. About disinfection, you do not have to be so strict because before any bacterial contamination, the fungus will grow better, and you will be able to recognize that what I grew up is a fungus and not others organisms.
20. no apparent sanitation....otherwise i couldnt learn how to do this because i was distracted by the cute little gal the whole time. superb video though, just for the mother/daughter relation. it should be called HOW TO REALLY RAISE A CHILD.
