Traditional method of growing ginger. organic ginger now nicely established and growing.no disease seen.this method needs more labour. if no body s ready to work in the farm u could switch to natural semi wild ,Fukuoka type ginger cultivation seen n ginger story 2 and 3. .In the traditional labour intensive method, risk of rotting due to excessive rain and waterlogging r higher than the more natural method. We used chicken coop waste(,dry leafy stuff +chicken droppings,beautifully blended n organic n free!)with vermicompost for good results so far.
