Hi Jeff,
We have been watching many of your informative videos, keep up the good work!
I would also appreciate if I could see you for a couple of tubers.
We pass through Buderim regularly and like to grow a few vegies.
Kind regards,
John. -
Hi Jeff,
I really appreciate if you could help me with a tuber or two I was seriously looking for this for few years now. -
Hello ,is it Amorphophallus Konjac?if so it there A sulphur Taste while eating?some says this plant has to get some processing before eating. Is it true?

Back in my hometown we call it "Ol" and is a delicacy. But it MUST be properly cooked before eating. Once boiled properly, the oxalate crystals (just like in taro) break down and dissolve. It can then be baked, fried, curried, etc... and it tastes great.

The yams we had when were in PNG with the AOG mission were not even close to that size. Nice one Jeff and Wilma. Superb result.
I'll watch the cooking one tomorrow evening the boys. They're keen to see your Red Emperor cooking videos too. So it will be a JeffNWilma-athon tomorrow evening. Cheers David.
