Enjoyed the video and agreed the home brew needs a bit of tweaking such as hops etc. I am Australian and Coopers themselves now recommend using their Coopers Original Pale Ale for extracting the yeast rather than the red label. Personally I love the taste of Coopers. I have heard that some of our local brewed beer, should be in quotes, is simply soda stream beer.

Very cool video! Same process goes for cultivating sour beer "dregs". I heard a rumor that Coopers started using a different yeast for bottle conditioning? I don't know if that is true or not. The +Gash Slugg might be in the know on that. Cheers!

Top vid Roy. Very efficient - beer drank, yeast cultivated and bottles can be reused. A very interesting watch. HHB
