Thanks for the info, Bill. Do you continue to take Flonase even after you can breathe normally or do you eventually stop taking that as well?

Hey I don't know if you're still reading your comments but I wanted to let you know I ran across your video by chance and really appreciate how simple you explained everything. I have been living with this problem for years. I'm going to follow the plan you laid out and will let you know how it works. Thanks again for making everything so easy to understand and for posting this video.

------------------------> I will try this method. -
I've watched this video a few times, the first time was a couple of months ago when I was suffering with rebound congestion. Of course, I didn't want to believe I had the condition, choosing to believe it was just an allergy. I'd used OTC nasal sprays continuously for years and really couldn't go longer than a couple of hours without using it. After seeing an ENT consultant, and having the condition confirmed, I decided to try this method of gradual dilution. I have to admit, I'd read so many horror stories of people who had tried to quit cold turkey that the thought of giving up filled me with dread. I can confirm that this method really does work and, certainly in my case, without any discomfort whatsoever. Now, if I ever feel my nose becoming a little stuffy, which is rare, I just do a saline rinse.
Thanks Bill -
Thx !!

Hello Bill... Well after 25+ years of living like a slave to nasal spray, I finally feel like it's all over thanks to your recommendations. Instead of using distilled water, I used a mix of saline and spray but after a couple of weeks of that Flonase I stopped using the saline/spray mix. It's now 2 months and feel relieved that I no longer use anything and no more dramas when going to sleep. Thank you Bill for your information... I hope it helps more people.

Off to a smashing start. Popped the top off, filled it with tap water because Im a barracks soldier and I dont have the means of distilling it. But whatever, I cant die. Went to test out the spray action after putting the top back on. Top exploded and a fountain of liquid shot up onto the ceiling. Panicked as that was my last bottle. Filled what was left with more water and duct taped the top on so it doesn't shoot off. 10/10

I may be trying this system
A couple of questions
Do you use the use the nasal spray right after the flonase in the morning or did you wait awhile between?
I was not clear if you used the nasal spray at night or just in the day. -
do i need to buy the distiled water or i just boil water and wait for it to cool and then mix with the spray ?
