vue - Hemp and Marijuana/Cannabis Cultivation Now Legal In Colorado And Washington
This is a real victory for the people and for natural health. There are provisions in Colorado amendment 64 that allow for hemp cultivation and recreational marijuana cultivation of up to six mature plants in a locked secure area and possession of up to one ounce for non-profit gifting and/or personal private use. No disease or MD's prescription needed like with Medical Marijuana or MMJ.

I agree but the State of Colorado stole a large sum of money from the MMJ research fund because they needed it for something else when it was in the original bill to use the money for Marijuana research ONLY. They are a bunch of liars and most of the higher ups like the Governor, want a war on drugs rather than legal weed. I just feel that plants are not something that should be taxed unless it is sold retail. (like tomatoes) I grew up in South Dakota and they do not even have state income tax.

Bailouts are debt creation. The goal of the Fed is to completely bankrupt the States and have them directly in debt to the Federal Reserve. This is not theory this is fact, look around you its every where every day. Its about the centralization of power. Weed taxes stand in the way. You watch the Fed is going to try and punish these 2 States for this. Not just stop it they will punish them as an example. This is a 10th Amendment civil war. Study up we need every one in top form.

Taxing weed at the State level is something you should support. It gets the State behind a pro weed stance. States are going bankrupt because the Feds takes so much, sales tax is about all they get. They only took $900 last year and gave $600 back. I paid $300 in state income taxes. I'm not sure how much of the$6500 the fed took and gave none back was actually income tax? The Drug war is a war on States Rights. If the States have healthy revenue from hemp and weed they can fight back.
