What's the latest you can plant these (UK) . I have some that have already sprouted, nice little shoots coming from a couple of pieces. And, do they need to be grown in a greenhouse?...I spend a small fortune on turmeric, as I juice it everyday. I would love to grow my own.

Hi Pavlovafowl aka Sue. Thank you very much for uploading these great videos. I have a single turmeric rhizome and I am planting it. Should I suspend it in water until the roots develop and then plant it? Please suggest. I live in India. Thanks.

I wish I'd done this when we had a plentiful supply of Turmeric at our local Morrisons store. Unfortunately, they don't sell it there any more. Having to search through the internet for a store that sells it.
Thanks for making the video. Very informative. -
Great!

I am sure you have been growing goodies for a long time longer than I have started..;) but a piece of advise ..use some type of gloves when dealing with soil, just to prevent bacteria from going inside the fingernails a small cut will soon allow it to penetrate.

Thank you so much for all the info. I always enjoy your videos!
