I used to live in the Pine Barrens(in NY) and lot of our farms used to grow cranberries and blueberries. It was always interesting to me to hike in the woods and find 150 year old irrigation ditches and abandoned fields.
There was a massive blueberry patch in the woods behind my parents house(a close relative to cranberries). -

We get a lot of Blueberries in New Jersey. Especially in the pine barrens. If you go in the pine barrens, you are bound to find Blueberry bushes everywhere and you can just pick them off the bushes and eat them.

Ocean Spray uses too many chemicals and sugar to process which renders the cranberries useless as a health product.
