Good economy on the yeast once you put a plan together. No reason why you can't get a couple of brews out of one smack pack.

Nice vid Bill... I make up 4 vials at a time then regrow the last vial left.
btw.. for some reason Beersmith thinks there is the same active cells in a Whitelabs vial & a smackpack... not sure why. Cheers -

i like the paper towl/mason jar technique. holly cow 7th gen yeast!!! as you said, as long as you take care and sanitize you should be good. i think i'm going to try your starter/save a little technique. cheers
