Great job! I've been alternating between this and using these scraps for homemade soup stocks to be canned. It's so amazing how I don't have nearly as much trash as I used to. The feeling of not wasting anything is super cool. I love using my own produce for meals knowing they were grown love. Thank you so much for your work, it's appreciated

I dont like it

green onions are by far the easiest, boil green onions in water with sage, rosemary, and any kind of meat; there you have a great survival recipe. I believe everyone should have a chance at survival

pineapple takes years to grow though...

you plant the pineapple in any soil? I have organic soil would that work?

I'm glad you have so many views, and great job with that time-lapse bits! it's really cool to see other people doing this kind of stuff. living in the desert I felt like the water from washing my hands (I'm so OCD and wash my hands a lot) is very precious, and I also had started planting seeds from grocery fruit wherever there was a watering system under a tree, because it felt wierd to throw them in the trash.
So with my concern for seeds and concern for re-using clean water from the sink, I got into gardening, and now there is a sizeable forest of tomatos behind my house xD
Ever feel like you have a connection where you can "feel" when your plants need water? I've grown all these plants rather tenderly from seed, so I wonder if there is some kind of felt bond with those lifeforms. -
For the Green Onions do we change the water every so often if we will have them grow in the cup of water?? If so when do we change them??
