vue - How to grow Cilantro or Coriander or Chinese Parsley

1. hey, I brought coriander seed from the grocery stores and  grown those corianders in cocopeat. It has been 3 weeks , the leaves are small and looking dried. I have given enough water by spraying it but it doesn't looks fresh they look like a crooked man. What is the problem and what should I do to make them look fresh?

4. My harvest of coriander was eaten in one day by something in the garden... any ideas as to what it was if most insects don't like it?

11. mine tend to die right after the first shoot. when I water it it looks dead or actually dies right after . what am I doing wrong🤔
