can I buy mushrooms off the super market and using those to make some prints and use em?
-
you didn't say how much water to add and how much molasses :-(
-
Perhaps spraying the slurry might increase yield?
-
Portobello mushroom spawn + oyster mushroom spawn = competition.
Probably won't get much fruiting, if any, and composting won't be as good as could be - myceliums will be busy competing each other more then fruiting or decomposing. Other than that - great idea and good details. It should work fine with one variety -
Is there a part 2? To see your mushroom growing and harvest them?
-
where's the follow up video?
-
how about the mushrooms in the woods?
-
I noticed in all training videos, you are sterilizing the wood chips or whichever media and mixing it with compost later. But the compost is not sterilized why? Is it not contaminated with other parasites, spores of other mushrooms, etc.

What is it? Как можно было смешать споры вешенки и шампьонов вместе?? I have one question... did you can to grow mushrooms?

here's several suggestions to try
pick the top variety - there are many available.
grow them in the right environment - some eg oyster muchrooms like cool humid conditions and may be put outside (I read these and the reasons they work on Gregs Mushroom Grower site ) -
How much molasses ?

At 06:30 / I spend carpophores in chlorinated water and I put with boiled and rinsed paper. Old tea or coffee grounds are suitable if it is boiled to kill bacteria. But the fact of Pleurotus ostreatus married AGARICUS bispora is a great audacity! It is awesome!
