13. i see a lot of people using a layer of perlite or watered vermiculite in the grow box of which they put the cakes onto. is this necessary or not important?

15. Is there another way to decontaminate the jars without using a pressure cooker?
16. do they continuous grow from the same cake once I pick them or will I need to throw out the cake eventually? Also, is it possible to poke holes in the bag for the ventilation and then possibly put cheese cloth over it? any other suggestions for grow containers that are low maintenance. I wish you would have explained the vent in the bag more but overall great video! thanks!
