HOLA MUY INTERESANTE, POR FAVOR QUE TIEMPO TIENE ESTA PLANTA PARA DAR FRUTOS? gracias

I see that most people handle the plants without gloves. Maybe I have a different kind, but I have to wear leather gloves to handle mine and STILL some of the stickers get through. Finally planted mine in the ground yesterday, but it looks like there are way too many limbs at the bottom (near the base) and wondering if I should cut a lot of those off to encourage more upward growth. Thanks for any input on this.

Nice. I was wondering, if green cuttings are edible as well. If they are I would give them to my guinea pigs to try, and juice some myself.

Thank you for sharing. I have a dragon fruit cactus that hasn't fruited yet. You have very useful tips. I am looking forward to trying this. I did buy some at the store a few times but nothing beats home grown.

how does it take to grow
-
Hi, Jeff where do you live? the weather there seems to be very nice like in my country.
-
Good job, wish we could grow them here!
-
Can you please stop calling it a pitaya. Pitayas are from the saguaro or organ cactus and this is a PITAHAYA OR PITAJAYA
-
My mom has had a plant for like 10 or 12 years and it still hasn't produced any fruit is there any way to make it grow
-
Jeff, that sure does look easy to plant. When I went back to the store to buy a plant, they were out of them. Ugh. So disappointed. Hopefully, they will get more in. Meanwhile, I am keeping a keen eye open to see if anyone around here is growing any. Might be able to talk them into letting me have a cutting. That was one beautiful fruit you just picked. Also, tell the Misses that she has a lovely voice.

Very well done sir, I think we both share love and addiction for this fruit & plant.
I can't wait for my Dragon Fruit Cacti to start flowering this year.
