vue - How to use Dymista
Dymista® is a novel intranasal formulation of azelastine hydrochloride and fluticasone propionate. The recommended daily dose is one spray in each nostril twice a day (morning and evening). More effective than current first line therapy in reducing both nasal and ocular symptoms.

wouldn't you be wasting your spray priming it that way? Also, what is the difference between nasonex and dymista?
