vue - Jal Neti - Nasal Cleaning, Helps to Remove Dirty and Infected Mucus from the Nasal Cavity - English
Jal Neti or jalaneti is a nasal irrigation technique in yoga used to clean out the nasal cavity and make it free of mucus and debris. The jala neti history dates back many centuries and is an important part of the Shathkarmas, that is, the practices to purify the human body. However, in the West jal neti has been popularized only recently. Jala neti health benefits are manifold. It helps remove dirty and infected mucus from the nasal cavity. Jal neti and sinusitis also go a long way and are very helpful. Practicing nasal cleansing clears the sinus cavities and in turn increases the body's capacity to fight against nasal infections. Similarly, with jal neti, allergies such as hay fever can also be kept at bay. More so, jal neti makes the practitioner breathe more freely with the nose. Therefore, problems such as asthma and bronchitis are also reduced. Sore throats, coughs, tonsillitis can also be cured by performing jal neti regularly. It is beneficial for the eyes and ears. Jal neti also reduces depression and anxiety. It also helps in increasing the concentration power. It considerably lessens migraines and headaches. It also activates the Ajna chakra or the third eye that helps reaching out to an advanced level of meditation. I masterbated furiously to this video. The woman is a sculpture of art and the tube is shaped like a penis. Not even in my most hardcore porno have i ever seen a woman get fucked in the nose with the fluid gushing out of the other nosedril. WOW!

This video inspired me to buy netipot :) Today is 3rd day of using netipot.. Initially water came from mouth .Now I know the angle..
I have severe sinus allergy . This technique really helped me to reduce the allergy .. Breathe normally : )I feel so happy now.. Even voice quality improved.. Clear hearing level after so many days of nose blockage... I am gonna use this once a week now :) Thanks a lot for such videos -
Jal neti is AWESOME. I use a modern plastic neti pot with the saline solution packets. I have also used it with xylitol since xylitol has anti bacterial properties. I have had chronic sinusitis due to allergies. The neti pot helps flush out any allergens. If you have any mucus in your sinuses; it helps flush those out. I use the neti pot along with a nasal spray. My goal is to eventually only use the neti. pot.
When you do jal neti it's VERY important that use filtered or boiled water. If your water has bacteria in it you will be sending it right up into your sinuses. That's a VERY bad idea. We have a hot water faucet that's filtered. I use that and leave the water in the neti pot to cool down to a suitable temperature.
Jal neti is fantastic for sinus issues and highly recommended. -

Surely it should be a half teaspoon of salt for that amount of water?

Just want to come with a small cautions regarding nasal cleansing - it is important to add salt in the water similar to that of the body's own salt concentration. If it's not done it stings in the nose.
