Deep furrows are made on the ploughed (4 times ploughing) and levelled land with a distance of 5 ft. Along the furrows, pits of dimsenion 1ft * 1ft * 1ft are made with a spacing of 4 ft between the pits. Nurtrients applied like 1 kg of compost, 10 g Potash, 10 g DAP and 2 g of Thimate are applied to each of the pit. 2 seeds are sown per pit and kept 6 inches deep.
