This video describes the method of nursery bed preparation in case of capsicum cultivation. Nursery beds are prepared with the help of well pulverised soil with dimension 12' * 4' and height of the raised bed should be 6". 15 kgs of compost is mixed with the soil of this bed size. Then 50 g DAP, 100 g Thimate and 100 g Potash is mixed with the soil. 10 ml of fungicide mixed with 5 litre of water is sprinkled over the bed to protect the seedlings from fungal attack. Lines are drawn across the width of the bed 3" apart and seeds are sown 1" depth in the lines and covered with soil followed by light irrigation. 5 g of seeds can be sown in the bed of this size.
