1. I live in Blanchard Oklahoma on mid size farm 
2. i'm studying in japan.  the typical farmer here farms nothing bigger than 3 acres and does it more as a part time job.  the overall average acreage per farm is only about 1.5 acre.  i can't image a 10,000 acre farm.

7. @crossertonis Where im at in Oklahoma, we got roughly 8 bushels to the acre. The droughth that came around this year killed us!! There is up to 640 acres in one field.
