I found a Papaya on sale at the local fruit and veg shop so I decided to bring it home and try planting the seeds. Odds are against me growing a Papaya just because of the whole Canada thing but I'm going to give it a shot anyway. I watched a few different videos on sowing Papaya seeds and they pretty much all recommend fermenting them in some water for a few days first such as you would for tomato seeds. Well, I don't soak my tomato seeds and they seem to work so I'm trying 3 different methods with these. Some are being planted directly into soil straight from the fruit. Some are being dried for a couple of days in a napkin, not a kleenex as I said in the video, and then will be planted. The rest are being allowed to ferment properly before I plant them. This should be interesting! I wonder if any will sprout? Thanks for watching & I'll let you know if anything comes out of all this! Some of our other channels.
