In all fairness I had read up on this method a while back and hadn't placed much importance on it, however after being down all day with a stuffy nose and a throbbing headache I stumbled across this video... Wow! Thank you very much for such a step by step demonstration and explanation of the method, half an hour ago I was unable to talk because I was that uncomfortable with the pain, but now I feel almost back to normal! This has definitely made its way into my routine from now on.

Helpful tip on how to waterboard yourself. The libs were complaining about how the US waterboarded a few terrorists to prevent the next terrorist attack. It can't be that bad if people are willing to do it to themselves to relieve nasal congestion. 😉 Just kidding. I have a cold today, so I'm going to give this a shot.

Why is she using tap water?? Good way to get a really good infection. The water should be sterile.
