I tried that and now my ear hurts
-
i guess you could use tap water depending on your town, but it's safer to assume that you shouldn't use tap water for this
-
distilled water only DOPE!
-
Good shit doc. Couldn't hear a word you are saying
-
NEVER EVER should you just tap water to flush sinuses and I am shocked a medical professional would tell you to do so.
-
Take this video down before someone gets a brain infection. Our stomach acid kills parasites in tap water but our nose cannot. ONLY USE DISTILLED or boiled water
-
Lol I did mine wrong because it wouldn't go out the other nostril but I think I might know what I did wrong and btw you're supposed to disinfect the water liked boiled, bottled or distilled.
-
Use distilled water. Microwave water for 20 seconds then add packet then shake. Then rinse.
-
Thank You!

everyone is saying don't use tap for your nose but it isn't wrong to drink? catch a group people
-
Bacteria in tap water is really bad
-
That was delightful
-
my doc said to be sure and use distilled water....makes sense
-
That's awful! So unclean putting the equipment down in the dirty sink! And you're supposed to use sterile water that had been boiled and cooled. No wonder this man has sinus issues!
Gross!
And a medical group posted this!!!!???
Awful!!! -
It works better then a Neti Pot for sure gets way up there I can see hairs I breath in along with bloody mucus. Clean the bottle out and let air dry can use it for a year or so then it gets too bad to use.
-
doesnt work for me because i have polyps :(
-
It is very dangerous to use plain tap water.
