Tried this for the first time tonight. EXTREMELY UNPLEASANT. I had tears come out and felt like my nose was on fire. I recommend thia only in an extreme pinch. Citrus on the sinus cavity can't be good if you do it too much. My nose is dripping right now but I can actually breathe which is worth the trade. If your pain tolerance is low, go buy a neti pot. This is INTENSE.

Seems that it would make more sense to dilute the lime juice first, then increase the concentration if the symptoms continue. I'll try it that way myself.

If humans get away with snorting Cocaine, Heroine, and prescription drugs, i think you will be just fine with the lime.
