Hard to believe this film was taken by any Westerner during the Cultural Revolution.

It likes a propaganda film. Because I hardly believe that Southern China had drag machine for agricultural work. They had no sufficient gasoline, moreover, it was a Western stuff (USSR was out of China) who dared to use it or mentioned it maybe charge as spy! Very serious, most of these suspects were shot!!!
