This is high protein and healthy lunch box recipe for kids. http://www.vahrehvah.com/tomato-bath-with-quinoa INGREDIENTS: Ghee 2 Tablespoons Mustard seeds 1/2 Teaspoons Cumin seeds 1/2 Teaspoons Curry leaves 1 Springs Red chillies 3 Numbers Green chillies 2 Numbers Cashew nuts 8 Piece Onions(chopped) 1/4 Cup Turmeric powder 1/4 Teaspoons Tomato(chopped) 1 Cup Salt 0 To Roasted sesame seeds powder 1 Tablespoons Quinoa(soaked for 1 hr) 1 Cup Hot water 1-2 Cup DIRECTIONS: 1. Heat ghee in a pan and add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, curry leaves, red chillies, green chillies, cashew nuts, onions and saute it. 2. Add turmeric powder, tomato, salt and saute it for 1 min. 3. To it add roasted sesame seeds powder, quinoa, hot water and cook it on slow flame for 5 -10 mins with the lid on it. 4. Now the tasty tomato bath with quinoa is ready to serve.
