That goes for all criminal law, right inthe law books, no victum, no crime.. Govt and courts been prosecuting people this way for all our lives yet most all of it is illegal and against constiutitonal law. Where is America going? To the marines and amry personell, pay attention to what you are doing. USA almost never attacks big countries... why? Cause they can defend themselfs. USA has only been at peacetime 1 day. Ever since then we have been on a warfront somewhere. Put it together.
