I have 3 jack fruits growing in the same pot.... They are filling out with leaves and are about 20" tall.
My question is when can I transplant them into the ground (they have a bark stem now)..? -
I live in SoCal and tried growing the jackfruit on a pot. I'm using a regular potting mix, Patio plus from Kelogg and I'm not sure how often I should be watering them. Right now the plants are stressing as the leaves are turning brown from the tip and eventually falls off. I'm not sure if its over watering or under watering that is causing this problem. Should I also put the plant in direct sunlight during spring and summer? thanks.

Nice one... I'm just growing a dozen Jackfruit trees from seed as well. I actually ended clipping off the smaller/second shoot from each seed so they don't compete. At what height did you transplant for the first time?
