What about genetically modified cows, pigs, chickens and fish? I don't know about you but I didn't climb to the top of the food chain to settle for rice.

GMO - Modifies human DNA thus bringing down resistance and also losing the capability of passing on to the next gen

0:06 The world's population is set to increase by 23% yet you're saying we need to grow 70% more food? I'm calling BS at your figures.
-
or stop feeding most of the food to livestock and BAM, food for every person, where as the US alone produces enough grain and produce to feed nearly 10 billion people
But what ever -
Eeehhmm, she did not even mentioned vertical farming.
Vertical farming is the future of agriculture, it reduce space and and produces a lot faster with led lights and only use 10 percent of the water supply.
Vertical automated farming facilities will be the norm in the future, it can be done in the middle of the city in many places where people can do their groceries and the transport and the costs could be drastically reduced.
And by the way, vertical farms can grow all gruit and vegetables we need without the need to use pesticides, I still have mixed feelings about GMO's there are good GMO's and bad GMO's..
But worry about the middle man that controls that industry.. -
People in the future will require significantly less food. Instead of people eating their food, people will...well, scientist are still exploring that. Never mind, I'm going back to watching music videos and simple stuff to numb my mind.

Has anyone noticed how the world faces a paradoxical combination of health issues, both obesity and famine?

How powerful is Pact of Shanghai?
(China , Russia , Kazakhstan , Uzbekistan , Tajikistan , Krgyzstan) -
hydroponics and aeroponics... enof said. why didnt she mention them.... growing food without soil and needing 75% less water for them to grow while yielding 2-4x the crop size... the age of using soil is coming to a close, thank goodness considering 40% of all furtile land on the planet has potential become unusable due to these deadly pesticides and such. no brainer
